Choose the pressing style that belongs with your album, not just a different disc color. This special-effect vinyl record mockup set brings together 49 editable PSD presentations across nine effect families, with a record and cover in each file. Compare a restrained fade, a sharp split-color layout or a detailed splatter treatment while keeping the release artwork consistent.

What Is Included

  • 49 layered PSD mockups, each 6000 × 4000 px at 300 DPI in landscape orientation.

  • 9 marbled, 9 split, 11 splatter, 5 smoke and 7 multicolor segment variations.

  • 3 swirl, 2 fade, 2 split-splatter and 1 blob variation.

  • JPG previews, PDF manuals and supporting font files within the individual product downloads.

One Album, Several Editions

Use the same cover and center label across a shortlist of effects, then compare how each version changes the overall balance. The gallery shows editable effect colors, label and cover artwork, optional movable stickers, and background color or design. A neutral background is useful when you want the differences between pressing concepts to remain the focus.

Easy Smart Object Editing

Open a PSD in Adobe Photoshop CC2020 or newer, or Photopea. Replace the artwork in the relevant Smart Objects, save those objects and return to the mockup. Use the organized layers to adjust the available colors and presentation elements. The screenshots show the controls and appearance of each effect variant.

Perfect For

Build a release presentation for a record label, compare collector-edition concepts with an artist, or prepare coordinated preorder visuals and music packaging portfolio images. Start with a small shortlist rather than showing every possible variant at once, so the strongest direction remains easy to identify.

This is a digital mockup collection, not a physical vinyl product or a manufacturing template. Sample cover artwork shown in the previews is not included.

Compare Effects Without Changing the Brief

Keep the sleeve artwork, label typography and background consistent during the first comparison. Change only the record effect and its palette. This makes it easier to judge whether a marbled, splattered or segmented pressing genuinely strengthens the release identity. After choosing a direction, refine the sticker and campaign background.

Who Is It For?

Album designers, independent labels, musicians and music branding studios can use the collection for client approvals, edition planning and release campaigns. A pressing business can use it to explain a visual concept, while confirming actual production options separately.

From Visual Concept to Production

A mockup communicates the intended appearance; it cannot guarantee how pigments, transparency or splatter distribution will reproduce in a pressed record. Confirm materials and effect options with the pressing plant, and use its artwork specifications for the sleeve and label. Mark promotional images as mockups when the physical edition is not yet available.

Are there 49 different camera angles? No. The collection focuses on 49 effect variants for a record-and-cover presentation, rather than 49 location or camera setups.

Are the six color examples on a preview sheet separate PSDs? No. They demonstrate color variations of that effect; each included product supplies one editable PSD.

Can I use the collection without Photoshop? Yes. Photopea is also supported.

Does this include finished album artwork? No. Use your own cover, label and sticker designs. The preview artwork is for demonstration only.
