Download it again. Every Creatsy mockup that once used Photoshop's 3D engine has been rebuilt with standard smart objects, and the update is free: log in, go to your downloads and grab the newest package. Adobe removed 3D from Photoshop, and the old files show black screens or missing menus in current versions. The help center article on 3D layers walks through it.
Each product's smart object is prepared for that shape, and a flat wrap bends around a straight mug, tapers down a skinny tumbler and stretches over a can cooler the way the print does. Use the mockup that matches your blank rather than a similar one; seam position and taper are built into the file.
By size and finish, which are in the product names: 11 oz or 15 oz mug, 20 oz or 22 oz skinny tumbler, 360 ml enamel mug, 32 oz powder-coated bottle, and so on. Some products follow specific blanks, such as the Colster Mockup Set, the Therm-O-Tote Insulated Cooler Bag Mockup Set and the Ringneck tumblers. Pick the matching one and the proportions in your listing will be right.
Export a flat JPG or PNG with your design and use it as the listing photo. The Standard license covers one business and up to 5,000 products sold, the Extended license up to 250,000. Uploading the PSD to a print-on-demand generator so customers can preview their own text on the mug is not allowed.
From your printer or blank supplier, not from the mockup. The mockup previews the wrap on the product; the print template is what carries the exact dimensions, bleed and seam position. Design on that template, then paste the finished wrap into the mockup's smart object to check placement. Keeping the two files separate avoids sending a preview-sized image to production.
