I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with a recent purchase I made. I bought a PSD file (Order ID: [Order ID]) from your platform, but unfortunately, the file appears to be damaged. Upon attempting to open the PSD file for editing and viewing, I have encountered consistent errors that prevent me from accessing its content. This has hindered my ability to utilize the file as intended and has caused a significant inconvenience. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide guidance on how to rectify the issue with the damaged PSD file. Alternatively, if a solution cannot be achieved, I would like to request a refund for the purchase. I have attached the order details and the damaged PSD file to this email for your reference. Please review the situation and provide a prompt response with further instructions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift response and resolution. Best regards,
Hi Johnny, Could you please provide us with more details about the issue you are experiencing? We have tested these files, and they seem to be working properly. Are you encountering any problems with downloading these files?
What you get
Professional PSD mockups built in-house - editable, realistic, high-resolution, and supported by real people.
Layered PSD Files
Creatsy mockups are delivered as fully layered Photoshop .psd files, with layers sorted into clearly named groups. Shadows, highlights, and the background each sit on their own editable layer, and nothing is flattened into a single image. Open it in Photoshop or the free browser editor Photopea and get to work.
- Clearly named, organized layer groups
- Shadows and highlights on separate layers
- Editable background, never flattened
- Works in Photoshop or free Photopea
Smart Objects
Open the smart object, paste your artwork, and save. The design lands on the product with the perspective, warp, and wrap already worked out. Scene lighting and shadows fall back on top, so it reads as a photograph, not a flat paste-in. Swapping a design takes seconds, so one file can carry a whole run of variants and colorways.
- Double-click, paste your design, save
- Perspective, warp, and wrap pre-built
- Scene lighting and shadows sit back on top
- One file covers many variants and colorways
High-Resolution Output
Many scenes are built from real product photography rather than 3D renders, so the fabric and surface read like a studio shot. Files export at high resolution and stay sharp at full zoom, with clean edges where the print sits. The same file works for a hero banner, a paid ad or a product listing.
- Real product photography in many scenes
- Exports ready for print
- Holds detail at full zoom
- Works for banners, ads and listings
Easy to Edit
Colors, backgrounds, and artwork sit on separate, clearly named layers, so you swap a color or background without disturbing the rest of the scene. There is no relighting or shadow work to redo, and the same file works for your next project.
- Edit color and background layers directly
- No relighting or shadow rework needed
- No masking or layer skills required
- One file reused across projects
Fast Support
There is a real in-house team behind every file, not a ticket bot. Before you buy, ask whether a specific mockup fits what you have in mind, and we will tell you. When a smart object or a layer group is tripping you up, send the question and you usually get a reply within 48 hours.
- Real in-house team behind every file
- Replies within 48 hours
- Pre-purchase help picking the right mockup
- Answers on smart objects and layer setup

FAQs
The collection includes florist packaging cones, hand-held bouquet cones, tissue-paper wraps, paper bouquet sleeves, mixed-flower arrangements, tulip and rose presentations, romantic floral scenes, flower-box mockups, and selected close-up views. Each product uses a different flower arrangement, packaging shape, camera angle, and set of editable surfaces.
The main editable surfaces are generally the packaging elements, such as the cone, bouquet paper, tissue wrap, label, box, or background where supported. The flowers, stems, hands, and photographed arrangement normally remain part of the original scene unless the individual product explicitly states that they can be replaced or removed. Check the screenshots and Product Details section before purchasing. A Smart Object for the wrap does not automatically replace the bouquet itself.
A bouquet wrap uses flexible paper or tissue gathered around exposed flower stems. A florist cone creates a more structured, tapered package around the bouquet. A flower box presents the flowers inside a rigid or semi-rigid container. These formats have different folds, visible surfaces, proportions, and artwork areas, so choose the mockup that most closely matches the physical product you intend to offer.
No. Sets usually contain separate Photoshop files, and individual scenes may include independent Smart Objects for paper, tissue, labels, boxes, or other packaging elements. Add the artwork to each selected file and surface separately. Changes do not automatically synchronize between different PSD documents.
The mockups are designed for Adobe Photoshop. Selected products also list Photopea compatibility, but support varies by file, so check the individual product page. These are visual presentation files. They do not replace the supplier's paper dimensions, cutting template, folds, cone construction, tissue size, box dieline, label specifications, ribbon length, water-resistant material requirements, or production sample. A free close-up flower-cone mockup is currently available, but free product availability may change.
Why use Flower & Bouquet Packaging mockups?
Explore editable flower and bouquet packaging mockups for florist cones, paper bouquet sleeves, tissue wrapping, layered floral packaging, flower boxes, hand-held presentations, and styled arrangements featuring tulips, roses, and mixed flowers. Add patterns, illustrations, logos, typography, labels, and coordinated colorways through layered Photoshop files and Smart Objects, then create realistic visuals for florist branding, wedding proposals, product listings, client presentations, portfolios, advertising, and social media.
Bouquet packaging is shaped by gathered paper, overlapping tissue, tapered cones, exposed stems, flower boxes, labels, and arrangements with strong natural colors. A flat pattern does not show how the artwork will appear once the paper is folded around a bouquet or placed beside real flowers. Mockups turn the original design into a clearer florist-branding presentation. Use paper and tissue-wrap scenes to compare pattern direction, perceived scale, contrast, typography, and the relationship between the package and the flower colors in the prepared arrangement. Cone mockups help visualize tapered packaging and hand-held presentation, while flower-box scenes support gifting and premium-delivery concepts. Tulip, rose, mixed-flower, and romantic arrangements provide different contexts for spring launches, weddings, Valentine's Day, subscriptions, gift collections, and everyday florist branding. The floral arrangement remains part of the scene unless a particular product explicitly provides additional editing controls. Layered Photoshop files and Smart Objects preserve the prepared folds, paper texture, lighting, shadows, bouquet volume, and package shape while the sample artwork is replaced. Depending on the selected mockup, you may also be able to adjust colors, labels, boxes, backgrounds, or other scene elements. Separate files and independent Smart Objects must be edited individually. Export the finished visuals for product listings, florist proposals, wedding presentations, customer approvals, subscription concepts, portfolios, catalogs, advertising, and social media. Use the mockups to communicate the intended packaging direction. For final production, rely on the printer's exact paper, dimensions, cut and fold requirements, samples, and proofs.
