No. Different sizes, bases, views, and style variants are normally supplied as independent Photoshop files or products. Reuse the same artwork by adding it separately to every selected PSD and Smart Object.
The mockups are designed for Adobe Photoshop. Selected products may also work in Photopea, but compatibility varies. These are presentation files, not lampshade manufacturing templates.
