Do I need special software to use our files?
Yes, you’ll need to make sure you have the correct software needed to use individual products you purchased on our site. Creatsy offers a wide variety of digital products, and each product may have slightly different software requirements. We recommend that prior to purchase, you review the product listing page carefully to find out what software you will need in order to use the product. You can also use FIlters in our shop to choose prefered software type, but don’t forget check required version in the description.
Can I edit your mockups on iPad Photoshop?
No, it’s only possible to preview the mockups. It won't let you do other things like applying your design, changing textures or ajusting colors. To access all the editing functions, we recommend to install Adobe Photoshop CC on your computer.
