You can set a background color or add a texture. Objects and drop shadows are separated into layers for compositions with a transparent background.
Work in Adobe Photoshop CC2020 or newer, or Photopea. Open the relevant Smart Objects, insert your cover, label and sticker designs, then save those edits to update the scene. Organized layers let you refine the presentation without rebuilding its lighting and surface detail.
