Received an empty file that did not have any smart layers nor layers at all that could be edited in PSD. I emailed request for help or replacement, but no response. Don't recommend.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any email from you—did you reach out through a different method? Could you confirm if the ZIP package was fully downloaded? Only the PSD file contains editable layers, while the JPG file is just a thumbnail preview. To assist you further, I’m also sending the files via WeTransfer.
