Keep Pattern Scale Consistent Across Views

For a useful comparison, keep the motif scale and palette consistent while moving from a roll close-up to an unrolled sheet and a wrapped gift. Changing the artwork and viewpoint at once makes it harder to tell whether a design reads differently because of its scale or because the paper is curved.

Directional motifs need a second check. Birds, lettering and upright illustrations can appear convincing on a flat sheet yet feel awkward where a roll turns or a box folds. Inspect the visible direction on each face, then check which details the ribbon and bow conceal. A mockup helps evaluate the presentation, but it does not replace a physical print and wrapping test.

How to Apply Your Artwork

Open a PSD in the supported Photoshop version and locate the artwork Smart Object. Open its contents, place your design, save the Smart Object and return to the scene. Adjust the available color layers and background, then export a presentation image. Repeat in another view using the same artwork scale before changing to a second pattern or colorway.

Can I Compare a Roll with a Finished Present?

Yes. The ten scenes include paper rolls, partly unrolled sheets and wrapped gifts. A roll view shows a narrow section of the repeat, while a broader sheet reveals more spacing and a gift view introduces folds and ribbon overlap. Choose the views that answer your client’s design questions.

Can I Put My Own Design on the Ribbon?

Yes. Both the wrapping paper and ribbon support artwork and color changes. Decoration controls are for color changes. Keep a ribbon wordmark short enough to remain useful when only small sections are visible around the bow.

Can I Export on a Transparent Background?

Yes. Objects and drop shadows are on separate layers, so you can hide the background for a transparent export. Use the background color and texture options when a complete styled scene is more suitable for the presentation.

Are the Example Patterns Included?

No. The artwork in the product previews illustrates how your own patterns can look on the mockups. The download supplies the editable mockup scenes, JPG previews and PDF manual, not the featured illustration collections.
