What do I get when I buy this brochure mockup set?

How many scenes and files are included?

You get four brochure scenes, delivered as four PSD files, one per scene, along with a matching JPG for each. Some scenes show the closed front cover and others show the brochure open to an inside spread, so you can present both the outside and the inside of the same design. Because each scene is its own file, you open only the one you need at a time, which keeps things light even though the full set is large.

How do I put my design on the brochure?

Open a scene and double-click the brochure smart object in the layers panel. It opens as its own canvas where you place or paste your cover or spread layout and line it up with the guide. Save that canvas with Ctrl or Cmd + S, and back in the scene your artwork sits on the paper with the fold, curve, and shadows over it, so it looks like a real printed brochure. Repeat in each scene you want to use.

Can I show a different design in each scene?

Yes, each scene is its own file with its own smart object, so you can put the same brochure in all four for a consistent set, or drop a different layout into each to show variations or several projects. It is up to you scene by scene. For a single brochure, using the same artwork across the cover and spread scenes gives you a matched set of shots for one listing or case study.

Do I need Photoshop, or does it work in Photopea?

The PSD files open in Adobe Photoshop from CC2020 onward, and they also open in Photopea, the free browser-based editor. Photopea reads the smart objects the same way Photoshop does, so you can place your layout and export finished images without paying for software. Keep the smart objects unflattened, since those layers are what map your artwork onto the brochure.

What size brochure does this fit?

The scenes are built for an 8.5 by 11 inch brochure, the US Letter size used for most company brochures, service guides, and letter-stock layouts. Set up your artwork at that size and 300 dpi, and it drops into the smart objects cleanly. For a spread, prepare the inside layout at the open dimensions before you place it.

Does this work for a folded or tri-fold brochure?

The scenes show a flat 8.5 by 11 sheet as a cover and as an open spread rather than a pre-creased tri-fold, so it suits single-sheet brochures, flyers, and open-spread layouts best. If your design is a tri-fold, you can still preview the outside and inside panels by placing them into the cover and spread smart objects, keeping in mind the paper here is shown flat rather than folded into thirds.

Is the design shown in the previews included?

The brochure design in the preview images is placeholder artwork, added to show how a real layout looks in each scene. It is not part of the download and is not licensed to you. The brochures in the files are blank, which is what lets you drop in your own layout. Whatever you place in the smart objects is yours.

Will my brochure look like a real printed piece?

Once your layout is inside a smart object, the scene lays the paper texture, the fold or page curve, and the soft shadows back over it, so the design bends with the pages and sits in real light rather than looking flat. Full-bleed layouts, photos, and type-heavy pages all read well. For the sharpest result, design at 300 dpi and keep key content clear of the fold and the page edges.

Can I use this mockup set commercially and for client work?

Yes, it is sold for commercial use, with a Standard license for regular projects and an Extended license for higher-volume or resale work - the license options and current prices are shown on this page.
