Jam Jar in Hand Mockup Set

Let the preserve color become part of the label presentation. Two hand-held jar mockups offer smooth and textured jam appearances, with eight jam colors to explore. The close grip and directional shadows bring a human context to artwork that would otherwise remain a flat label design.

Shape the Label and Coordinate the Details

Replace the label artwork, adjust its color and use a custom label shape and size. Change the lid color and design, select a jam color, and coordinate the nail color with the identity. The background accepts custom colors and textures, with white or transparent export options and separate object and drop-shadow layers.

Edit in Photoshop or Photopea

Open either PSD in Adobe Photoshop CC2020 (version 21) or newer, or in Photopea. Open the label Smart Object, place your artwork and save it to update the jar. Add the lid design, compare jam colors and export the finished scene.

Make Flavor Variants Easy to Recognize

A label that stands out against a pale filling can lose contrast against a dark preserve. Compare the same artwork over the lightest and darkest jam colors you intend to use, keeping the label size and placement consistent. This helps separate a contrast problem from a layout problem.

  • Keep the brand name in a stable position across flavor variants.

  • Use a flavor name or graphic cue as well as color, so the range is not distinguished by color alone.

  • Check the label edge against the glass and preserve color before reducing the image for a shop gallery.

Use the Hand-Held View Thoughtfully

The hand provides a handling context, not an exact measurement of the jar. Pair the mockup with your own verified capacity and packaging dimensions when presenting a real product. Use the scene to assess visual hierarchy and label coverage, then obtain a physical label proof for fit, stock and finish.

Can I change the nail color? Yes. Nail color is adjustable, along with the jam color, lid, label and background controls.

Is the jar capacity specified by the mockup? No. Do not treat text printed in the example artwork as a verified container specification.
