How We Prove Quality
Creatsy treats quality as the whole point, so we show our work.
- Real in-house product photographyin our Katowice studio - real cameras, lenses, lighting and props, not stock.
- CGI and 3D renderingwhen CGI is the more honest way to show a product than a photo would be. We use both methods, and we pick the right one per product.
- Layered PSDs with named Smart Objectsdrop your artwork into a clearly labeled layer and it maps onto the product the way it would in real life.
- Files built at 300 DPI and 6000px or largerfor Photoshop CC 2020 and newer.

From Studio To Marketplace
Creatsy started the way a lot of good things start: by making every file ourselves. Creatsy started in 2016 with its first premium mockups on Creative Market, and we have been building the catalog by hand ever since. We grew to Etsy - where we are now a Star Seller with 8 years of history - and to our own store at creatsy.com.
In 2022 we incorporated as Creatsy Sp. z o.o. in Katowice, Poland - same studio, same standards, now a registered company. The in-house team still designs, photographs and tests most of what we sell.
What changed is that we now also curate. Through Open Your Shop, we invite a small group of approved external creators to publish alongside us. Every applicant is reviewed by the Creatsy in-house team against the same technical standards we hold ourselves to - named Smart Objects, clean layers, correct file specs - and the same visual standards: lighting, realism and scene composition. The standard never moved. The roster grew.

Creatsy is independently owned and run - not a faceless asset farm. It was founded by Magdalena Gaweda and is led by CEO Jakub Gruszka, who together own and run the company from Katowice, Poland. We are a small, independent, family-run studio, and the same people who answer your messages are the people who build the files.
In an age of one-click AI, the most convincing product visuals still come from real craft. We build mockups from real in-house photography, real 3D, and hand-built PSD Smart Objects - so your artwork looks genuinely, physically real, not just AI-real.
