The different parcel sizes create a useful hierarchy. Give the largest visible surfaces your main pattern, then use quieter coordinates on smaller gifts. Repeating a ribbon color across the group can connect those designs without making every package identical.
Open the PSB in Adobe Photoshop CC and replace the artwork through Smart Objects. Review each gift and ribbon you edit within the prepared composition. The supplied editable file is PSB rather than PSD, so use a workflow suited to Photoshop's large-document format.
