Emails & Notifications

To manage the types of email notifications you receive:

1. Go to creatsy.com and click the You icon.
2. Choose Account settings in the drop down menu.
3. Click the E-mail Notifications tab.
4. Under Email Notifications, select or deselect which emails you’ll receive.
5. Click Save Changes. Please allow 24 hours for the saved changes to take effect.

Unsubscribing:

1. Most of Creatsy's newsletter or notification emails has an unsubscribe button at the very bottom of the email. By clicking unsubscribe in any of those specific emails, you are only removing yourself from the list of that specific email type. You can opt in and out of most Creatsy emails. Opting out isn’t an option for certain emails Creatsy is required by law to send, like notifications to the buyer and seller when an order is purchased and when we update our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
