If you can’t find the password reset email:
- Make sure the email address typed into the recovery page was correct. If the email entered does not match the one on your account, the email will bounce and you will not receive a password reset email.
- Check if the email is in your spam/junk mail folder and make sure that your spam filters allow you to receive our emails.
- If you're using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
- Add noreply@creatsy.com to your address book or safe list. Then try to reset your password again.
